ES Academy organises all of ES’s Staff training, Instructor training and ISIA Training Programmes. We pride ourself on our Staff training, we believe that by providing a lot of training we will in the long run attract and retain the very best instructors. This seems to work we have an enviable record 
of producing not only qualified instructors but also teachers who have a large following of clients who request them season after season.
