Looking for a change? Want to be noticed for all the right reasons? Then why not try telemarking. At ES we have two highly experienced BASI L3 telemark instructors with a passion for this sport. When not teaching Alpine they can be seen carving up the piste or skiing the bumps for the sheer exhilaration of this discipline.
You may not believe this but it is not as hard on the legs as it seems – if you can Alpine ski then picking up the basics of telemarking can be achieved reasonably quickly. The balance, rhythm and co-ordination acquired when telemarking cross over into your Alpine skiing and you really feel a more accomplished skier. Experienced telemarkers are more than welcome to come for a lesson where, with the aid of video analysis, we may be able to smooth out your lead change and have you skiing the bumps or carving the piste in style.
